Carbon management strategies and action plans

We are experienced in putting together carbon management strategies both for councils and schools, to ensure you achieve your carbon targets. We offer Salix Management services as well as cradle to grave project management, including carbon footprinting and feed-in tariffs advice. Display Energy Certificates (DECs)

We have been providing DEC certification services since their inception in 2008. With over 250 buildings in our portfolio our Site Visits are very useful to understand why your buildings are performing the way they are. This results in tailored Advisory Reports and benchmark tables, transforming a mere compliance exercise into something really valuable for the local authority.
 

Commercial and Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

Local authorities are also required, under the EEPBD to produce commercial and domestic EPCs for every property they let. We can help you comply and understand your obligations at very competitive rates, as well as to train your staff in identifying market opportunities derived from good energy ratings.

CRC compliance

We can ensure you are kept up-to-date with the latest developments in this piece of legislation starting in September 2010, help you understand your statutory requirements to avoid the hefty fines, as well as to compile your information pack. Finally we can give you strategic advice to make sure you perform well in the league table. CRC affects large organisations, in particular those in half-hourly meters and/or using 6,000Mwh per year or more.
